All Exchanges are accepted within 2 to 3 days of Delivery. All extensions must be in original packaging with all original banding (unopened) Due to hygienic reasons. When exchanging Extensions the integrity of the Extensions should not be compromised! Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost affiliated with exchanges.
